DMR Sidekick Pedal – Ready to Ride, Ready to Pedal
The DMR Sidekick Pedal is the perfect next step for young riders who’ve mastered balance and steering and are ready to start pedalling free and easy. Designed for confidence, control, and pure fun, it’s built low, light, and stable to make learning effortless — and grinning guaranteed.
With its low bottom bracket and short cranks, kids can start with both feet flat on the ground, giving them instant confidence as they learn to pedal. The long wheelbase, smart geometry, and mixed wheel setup keep things stable and predictable, while Tektro hydraulic disc brakes give easy, reliable stopping power for small hands.
The lightweight aluminium frame and fork are built tough — just like DMR’s pro dirt jump bikes — with all the right details to help kids learn faster and have more fun. It’s a proper little mountain bike that feels amazing to ride and easy to love.
And best of all, we’ve got demo bikes ready for kids to try right here at Comrie Croft! Bring them along, let them hop on, and see how quickly they take to pedalling for real on our trails.
At Comrie Croft Bikes, we’ll also include a free 6-week check to keep everything running sweet as they keep progressing.
